Dialup:
A "Dialup" connection is a type of Internet access
that allows users to dial into a modem pool at their service
provider's location. A modem pool is made up of a series of
individual modems that are assigned to users as they dialup
on a first-come, first-served basis. cyberMIND establishes

a modem will be available at all times.
